This is the England 2004 away shirt made by Umbro, shown here in the short sleeve version with BECKHAM 7 on the back. It features a red base with silver detailing, the England crest with a gold star above it, and the Umbro logo on the chest.
This away shirt was used by England during the 2004 European Championship cycle and remained in use into the 2006 World Cup qualifying period. It is most strongly associated with the years immediately after Euro 2004, when Beckham was still one of the most prominent figures in the team. The gold star above the crest references England’s 1966 World Cup win, and had become a standard feature on England shirts by this time.
