Refund policy

Domestic Returns
All returnable products must be shipped within 14 days of when the order was received by the customer. We do not accept any returns after the initial 14 days have passed.  

To initiate a return:
Go to our return portal to buy a return slip and a return label (99 SEK) - click here

Non-returnable items:

• Giftcards
  
• Sale items
• Products with broken packages.
  
  

Refunds
When a return has reached us, the product(s) will be inspected to verify whether they are eligible for a refund in accordance to our return conditions. All products must be sent back in same condition as received. Electronics and sneakers must be sent double boxed with all content and belongings returned. Once we have approved the return, the customer will receive a confirmation per email. The refund will then be applied to the original method of payment within 2-5 business days. 
If a return where to be rejected, the customer will receive an email with further information.

International Returns
For international orders we do not provide a return label. Items will need to be door delivered to:

For returns outside of EU, please not that your return needs to be marked as "Return of Goods" for customs. We are not responsible for any additonal custom charges. Any additional charges will be deducted from your refund. For any import/export related questions please check with your local customs authority.
