Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

During periods of high demand, holidays or special events, processing times may occasionally be longer.

Delivery

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–6 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please check the tracking information provided by the carrier or contact us at getintouch@pardonmykicks.se.

International deliveries may take longer depending on the destination and customs processing.

Uncollected or Undeliverable Parcels

Customers are responsible for collecting or receiving their parcel within the period specified by the carrier and for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or could not be delivered due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, we may deduct the reasonable costs incurred for return shipping and handling from any refund, where permitted by applicable law.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your destination.

Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing.

Shipping to Norway – VOEC

Pardon My Kicks is registered under Norway's VAT On E-Commerce (VOEC) scheme.

For eligible goods with a value below NOK 3,000 per individual item, Norwegian VAT is collected at checkout. The NOK 3,000 threshold applies per item, not per order or shipment.

Eligible VOEC shipments are processed under Norway's simplified customs procedure, meaning customers should not normally be charged additional VAT or customs-clearance fees upon arrival when the shipment has been correctly processed under VOEC.

Goods valued at NOK 3,000 or more per individual item cannot be shipped under the VOEC scheme and may instead be subject to normal Norwegian import procedures and applicable taxes, duties or carrier fees.
