Shipping policy

Shipping
You will receive an email confirming that the order has reached us, when placing an order. All online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of the purchase. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive another email confirming the shipment. 

Delivery
The estimated time for delivery is up to 7 business days. If the order have not been delivered within 7 business days of the purchase, the customer must contact us by email at getintouch@pardonmykicks.se. Note that international shipping may take a few days extra.

If the customer fails to collect the parcel at the selected service point, the customer will be charged 200kr for the return label and an additional 100kr service fee. The fees will be deducted from the refund. 

Pick-up in physical store
The customer must show a valid identification document to collect their order. If the order is to be collected by someone other than the recipient, this person must show their own as well as the recipient's identification documents. 

International shipping
The customer is solely responsible for any additional customs duty or import tax. Such fees are not included in the order total when making a purchase. As we are VOEC registered, all orders below 3000NOK sent to Norway are excluded from additional customs and import taxes. All fees are included (starting from May 23rd 2024)

Pre-Order
We are in most cases selling out fast. Our stock is limited and we sell on first-come-first-served basis. However, we offer pre-orders on some products. A pre-order means that the product is currently out of stock but will be ordered per your request in your size. Note that the delivery time on pre-orders are 10-18 business days.
