Delivery 
We aspire to send your order within 48 h of placing your purchase. Your sweet new addition to your collection is estimated to reach you within 5 business days of being shipped from our store. And please, do not forget to pick up your package! If you do, your order will sadly be returned to us and a fee of 499 SEK will be deducted from your refund. 

In store pickup
You will receive an email with pickup instructions as soon as your order is ready. Our aim is to prepare and make orders ready within 6 hours (business hours). If you wish to have same day pickup, make sure to complete you order before 12pm. Orders, which has not been picked up within 14 days, will be cancelled and an administration fee of 90 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Returns
It is absolutely okay to change your mind, if you do so within 14 days from the date you have received your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able accept any returns made after the initial 14 days have passed.
Please note that returns are not free of charge. We charge 99 SEK for the shipping label and an additional administration fee of 99 SEK. Hence, the total fee for returns is 198 SEK. Please make sure that you comply with our Return Policy found below.

We accept returns of online orders free of charge at our physical store within 14 days from the date you have received your order. 

For international orders we do not provide a return label. Items will need to be door delivered to:

For returns outside of EU, please not that your return needs to be marked as "Return of Goods" for customs. We are not responsible for any additonal custom charges. Any additional charges will be deducted from your refund. For any import/export related questions please check with your local customs authority.
