DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 2–6 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

RETURNS
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Returns requested after the 14-day return period cannot be accepted.

Please note that returns are not free of charge. For returns using our return service, we charge 99 SEK for the return shipping label

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers may register their return through our return portal or contact us at getintouch@pardonmykicks.se within 14 days of receiving their order.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

For returns from outside the EU, the shipment must be clearly marked "Return of Goods" for customs purposes. Pardon My Kicks is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or additional charges incurred as a result of an incorrectly declared return. Any such costs charged to us may be deducted from your refund.
