Adel Taarabt’s tenure at Tottenham was brief. After joining from Lens in 2007, he made just a handful of appearances and was mostly on the fringes during the 2008/09 season. Under manager Juande Ramos, and later Harry Redknapp, Taarabt found playing time limited, making a fleeting Premier League appearance in the North London derby in February 2009.
