This is the Cameroon 2004 away shirt made by Puma, shown here with ETO’O 9 on the back. It features a white base with red trim, green Puma logos, the Cameroon federation crest with four stars, and a gold lion head emblem on the chest.
The design is defined by its clean white body and the distinctive slash-style side inserts in red and white. Those side graphics are one of the main identifiers of this shirt and give it a more aggressive look than a standard plain international template. The red sleeve trim and green Puma logos also tie the shirt clearly to Cameroon’s national colours.
Cameroon used this away shirt in the 2004 period, a time when Samuel Eto’o was already established as the leading figure in the national team attack. Because of that, the Eto’o 9 print is fully relevant to the shirt and adds strong collector appeal.
