The jacket combines black, green, and yellow — a striking palette inspired by Portugal’s traditional red and green but reinterpreted in a modern, high-contrast fashion. Golden piping and oversized lettering give it a confident, statement look. The structured collar and elasticated cuffs add a classic athletic silhouette, while the heavy embroidered detailing speaks to the craftsmanship typical of 90s fanwear.
Likely from the late 1990s to early 2000s, this jacket reflects the era when Portugal was entering its “Golden Generation” phase — with stars like Luís Figo and Rui Costa bringing international acclaim. Apparel from this time captured national pride and bold design trends, making this piece a nostalgic symbol of Portugal’s football rise and a collectible for fans of retro national team gear.
