The 2022/23 third shirt shifts away from the club’s traditional red-and-white colours and instead uses a predominantly white base. The main visual focal point is a diagonal red-black-red sash that runs across the front, giving a bold, clean contrast against the white backdrop. The sash is echoed in both the collar and cuff detailing, creating visual harmony.
The third kit was unveiled along with the home and away versions ahead of the 2022/23 Championship season. Its white base with a bold sash offered an alternative option when both home (red/white stripes) and away (dark designs) kits clashed with opponents. Stoke City used it selectively in matches that required differentiation.
