This is the Real Madrid 2009/10 home shirt made by adidas, shown here with Ronaldo 9 on the back. It features the club’s traditional white base, black adidas logo, the Real Madrid crest, and bwin.com as the front sponsor. This example also has an LFP sleeve patch, which fits the shirt’s La Liga era, and the Ronaldo 9 print is fully correct for the season, as Cristiano Ronaldo wore number 9 in his first year at Real Madrid before switching to 7 later on.
The design is very clean and minimal, which is one of the reasons this shirt stands out. The main body is plain white, while the contrast comes from the black adidas three stripes on the shoulders, the black sponsor, and the black name set. Fine gold piping and seam detailing add a premium touch without making the shirt look busy.
