The 2016/17 Chelsea home shirt is based on a deep royal blue — the classic Chelsea hue — but enriched with a subtle tonal lion motif printed across the torso, giving the design added texture without overwhelming the clean blue look. The collar is a V-neck style, trimmed in white and blue for contrast, and the sleeve cuffs also carry fine white accents. Along the sides, the Adidas three stripes run down in white, which helps visually break up the solid blue and nods to the brand’s signature style.
