This is the West Ham United 2023/24 Third Shirt, featuring Lucas Paquetá #10 during his second season with the club. The Brazilian midfielder had become one of West Ham’s most influential creative players following his arrival from Lyon in 2022, combining technical quality and flair with an increasingly important role in David Moyes’ side. Wearing the #10 shirt, Paquetá was a key figure as West Ham competed domestically and returned to European competition following their UEFA Europa Conference League triumph the previous season.
Manufactured by Umbro, the 2023/24 third shirt features a dark navy base with contrasting sky-blue details around the V-neck collar, sleeves, crest and Umbro branding. The lower section incorporates a geometric pattern inspired by the floodlights and roof structure of the London Stadium, directly connecting the design to the club’s home ground. The shirt is completed by the Betway front sponsor and JD sleeve sponsor. This example features Paquetá’s #10 Premier League nameset together with Premier League and No Room For Racism sleeve detailing.
The 2023/24 campaign saw West Ham balance another Premier League season with a run in the UEFA Europa League, where they reached the quarter-finals. Paquetá remained an important part of a squad featuring Jarrod Bowen, Mohammed Kudus, James Ward-Prowse, Edson Álvarez and Tomáš Souček, with his creativity and technical ability making him one of the side’s most distinctive players.
