This is the Nike Liverpool 2022/23 Away Football Shirt, featuring Mohamed Salah #11 and UEFA Champions League sleeve patches. Nike gave Liverpool one of their most distinctive modern away designs, combining a white base with an iridescent, multi-coloured marbled graphic inspired by Liverpool’s vibrant music scene and its influential role in 1990s dance music. Black detailing is used for the Nike Swoosh, Liverbird crest, Standard Chartered sponsor and sleeve cuffs, while a large white panel on the reverse provides a clean backdrop for the nameset.
This example features M. Salah #11 in Liverpool’s cup-style lettering, together with UEFA Champions League sleeve detailing. The shirt also carries the 97 emblem with the Eternal Flames at the back of the neck, commemorating those who lost their lives as a result of the Hillsborough disaster. The 2022/23 season was another prolific campaign for Salah, including a record-breaking Champions League hat-trick against Rangers as he remained one of Liverpool’s defining players of the era.
