Adidas - France 2000 Home Football Shirt 'ZIDANE'

This France 2000 home shirt was manufactured by adidas and features the iconic royal-blue colourway worn by the French national team during their victorious UEFA Euro 2000 campaign. The design combines a rich blue base with a horizontal red chest stripe, white piping and a traditional fold-over collar. Adidas' signature three stripes run along the shoulders and sleeves, incorporating France's national colours of blue, white and red.

The French Football Federation crest is embroidered on the chest, topped by a single gold star commemorating France's 1998 FIFA World Cup triumph. Opposite sits the white adidas logo, while a small number 10 is positioned centrally beneath the red chest stripe. The shirt also features white trim around the sleeves and hem, together with adidas' official licensed product detailing near the lower front.

The reverse features ZIDANE #10, representing Zinedine Zidane during one of the defining periods of his international career. The white nameset is arranged in an arch above the large number 10, which features a contrasting red outline. Under head coach Roger Lemerre, France entered UEFA Euro 2000 as reigning world champions, having won the 1998 FIFA World Cup on home soil. France's journey to the European title included a 2–1 quarter-final victory over Spain, in which Zidane scored a free kick, followed by a dramatic semi-final against Portugal, decided by his golden-goal penalty. In the final against Italy, France trailed until Sylvain Wiltord equalised deep into stoppage time. David Trezeguet then scored the golden goal in extra time to secure a 2–1 victory, making France the first reigning world champions to win the European Championship.
