This home shirt was produced by Umbro for Västerås SK and features the local sponsor Mourou Skyltreklam prominently on the chest. The VSK crest sits over the heart, reinforcing the club’s strong regional identity and long-standing traditions within Swedish football.
A timeless green-and-white hooped design, this shirt stays true to Västerås SK’s classic visual identity. The long sleeves add a distinctly old-school feel, enhanced by ribbed cuffs and a traditional V-neck collar. Black numbering contrasts sharply against the hoops, giving the #12 print excellent visibility. Overall, the shirt captures a pure, no-frills Scandinavian football aesthetic.
Shirts like this represent Västerås SK’s continued presence in the Swedish league system during a period defined by local pride and strong community support. Long-sleeve versions were commonly worn in colder conditions and are now increasingly rare, adding to this shirt’s collectability and nostalgic value.
