This is Sweden’s 2006 away shirt by Umbro, a deep blue alternative kit from the Germany 2006 World Cup era. The yellow sleeve panels, crest detailing and number application give it a strong Blågult identity, while the darker base makes it stand apart from Sweden’s traditional yellow home shirts.
The design features a large tonal SVFF crest graphic across the back, yellow mesh-style side inserts and Umbro’s mid-2000s performance cut. The front is clean and minimal, with the SVFF crest, Umbro logo and number 9 placed high on the chest.
The Ljungberg #9 nameset makes this version especially collectible. Fredrik Ljungberg was one of Sweden’s biggest players of the era, coming off his peak years at Arsenal and remaining a central figure in the national team alongside Zlatan Ibrahimović, Henrik Larsson and Olof Mellberg.
For collectors, this is a strong Sweden piece from the 2006 World Cup period. The rare blue away colourway, Ljungberg nameset and distinctive Umbro template make it a nostalgic Blågult shirt from one of Sweden’s most memorable modern generations.
