This Chelsea FC 2001/2003 Home shirt was produced by Umbro, marking the club’s final home kit before the switch to Adidas in 2003. The iconic Fly Emirates sponsor dominates the chest, representing the beginning of one of the most recognisable commercial partnerships in early-2000s Premier League football. The embroidered Chelsea crest with the classic lion badge reflects the club’s pre-Abramovich era identity.
A clean, royal blue base defines this shirt, paired with a traditional fold-over collar and white trim for a sharp, timeless look. The minimalist design captures early-2000s Premier League aesthetics—functional, elegant, and unmistakably Chelsea. On the reverse, Lampard #8 appears in official Premier League lettering, representing the early years of a player who would go on to become the club’s all-time top scorer.
Worn between 2001 and 2003, this shirt spans a pivotal transitional period for Chelsea. It coincides with Frank Lampard’s arrival from West Ham United in 2001, before his rise into a Premier League icon.
