The 2014/15 Rangers away shirt by Puma is predominantly white, accented with bright blue on the shoulders and sleeve cuffs, and subtle red detailing along the sides. The collar is a simple round neck edged with blue. These colour highlights—blue for the club, red as a nod to Scottish flags and the club’s heritage—provide a clean yet crisp design. Notably, the founding year “1872” is printed inside the right sleeve cuff, adding a discreet but meaningful historical reference.
During the 2014/15 season, Rangers were competing in the Scottish Championship, having been reformed after insolvency and relegation in 2012. This away kit accompanied their efforts to reclaim top-flight status and featured in matches throughout their promotion campaign, which ultimately fell short after losing the Championship play-off final to Motherwell. Still, the kit remains symbolic of a rebuilding era at Ibrox.
