The Nike Inter Milan 2016/17 Home Football Shirt is one of the most distinctive modern interpretations of the Nerazzurri stripes. This authentic shirt features Mauro Icardi's #9 nameset and the official Serie A TIM sleeve patch, representing the season in which the Argentine striker firmly established himself as one of Europe's most prolific goalscorers.
The 2016/17 campaign was a turbulent one for Inter, with managerial changes throughout the season, but it also highlighted the extraordinary finishing ability of Mauro Icardi. Wearing the captain's armband, he scored 24 Serie A goals, finishing among the league's top scorers and continuing to build his reputation as one of the deadliest penalty-box strikers in world football. His clinical finishing, intelligent movement and consistency made him the focal point of Inter's attack during this era.
This shirt also represents the closing chapter of Inter's long-standing partnership with Pirelli, one of football's most iconic shirt sponsors after appearing on the club's kits for over 25 years. Combined with the modern striped design and Icardi's famous number 9, it has become a sought-after piece for collectors of contemporary Serie A shirts.
