This Barcelona 2012/13 away shirt was made by Nike and features Lionel Messi’s #10 nameset together with the La Liga sleeve patch and captain’s armband detailing. The shirt also carries the gold FIFA World Champions 2011 badge on the chest, commemorating Barcelona’s Club World Cup triumph in Japan the previous season.
The design is one of Barcelona’s most distinctive away shirts of the era, featuring a dramatic gradient that transitions from bright orange across the shoulders into yellow towards the hem. Dark navy detailing is used for the Nike Swoosh, Qatar Foundation sponsor and Messi nameset, while narrow blaugrana stripes run down the sides. The UNICEF logo remains positioned beneath the number on the back, continuing the club’s long-standing association with the organisation.
