This is the IFK Göteborg 2014/15 home shirt made by adidas. It features the club’s classic blue-and-white vertical stripes, a blue polo-style collar, adidas three stripes across the shoulders, the IFK Göteborg crest with star above it on the chest, and the large Prioritet Finans sponsor across the front. Altogether, it is a shirt that feels very clearly rooted in Blåvitt tradition, while still carrying the more structured and sponsor-led look that defined many mid-2010s Scandinavian club shirts.
The design is a strong mix of heritage and modern detailing. The blue-and-white stripe base keeps the identity instantly recognisable, while the polo collar and shoulder construction give it a more tailored and slightly more formal appearance than a simpler crew-neck template would have done. The sponsor print is large, but it integrates well because the colours sit naturally within the rest of the palette. Compared with some cleaner recent IFK Göteborg shirts, this one feels a little busier and more period-specific, which is part of its appeal as a vintage piece today.
This shirt is most closely associated with IFK Göteborg’s 2014/15 period, when the club continued to rely on one of the most recognisable home identities in Swedish football. It works especially well as a collector’s piece because it stays faithful to the core Blåvitt look while also reflecting the specific visual language of its time. For collectors of IFK Göteborg, Allsvenskan, or modern adidas club shirts, it is a very solid example of a home shirt that feels traditional, authentic, and unmistakably Swedish.
