Adidas returned with a sharp, modern identity for Manchester United, pairing the club crest in full colour with a clean black adidas logo on the chest. The TeamViewer sponsor sits centrally in bold black, keeping the palette tight and high-contrast. This version carries Cristiano Ronaldo’s iconic number 7 on the back, using the contemporary Premier League cup-style print, alongside sleeve sponsorship detailing from the 2022/23 campaign.
The 2022/23 away shirt stands out with its crisp white base, elevated by black and red trim that nods to United’s traditional colours in a sleek, modern way. The V-neck collar features a layered black insert with subtle red detailing, mirrored by the shoulder stripes and sleeve cuffs. A faint engineered graphic is woven into the fabric, giving depth and texture up close while keeping the overall look minimal and premium from a distance.
This kit was worn during Erik ten Hag’s first season in charge, a campaign that marked the start of a new era at Old Trafford. United showed clear progress, culminating in a Carabao Cup triumph and a return to the Champions League places in the league. Although Cristiano Ronaldo’s second spell at the club ended mid-season, the number 7 shirt remains a powerful symbol tied to United’s modern history and global identity.
